Red Seal Pipefitter in Alberta
Separate three things clearly: apprenticeship progress, Alberta trade certification, and Red Seal endorsement. Employers may care about all three, but they are not interchangeable.
Trade certification
Certification status should be recorded exactly as issued by the relevant authority. Do not describe yourself as certified before the credential is granted.
Red Seal endorsement
Red Seal is an interprovincial standard associated with designated trades. Verify current exam and eligibility rules with the official authority.
What employers need to understand
A useful worker profile should make trade level and credential status unambiguous. WrenchRoster can store and display worker-provided certification information and verification signals, but it does not issue Red Seal or Alberta trade credentials.
