Applications and the 100% requirement check

Understand matching, practice applications and applying through an employer's website.

What 100% means

Every listed mandatory requirement must be met before you can submit through WrenchRoster. The check uses your saved trade, qualification, experience and current tickets. For conditions that cannot be checked from your profile, confirm the listed statement yourself. These confirmations are self-reported, not independently verified.

Missing profile information, a pending ticket review and an expired ticket are shown separately. A preferred skill never blocks an application. A 100% result does not guarantee an interview, employment or employer acceptance of your documents.

External vacancies

Listings marked “External source” were found by WrenchRoster on the linked employer careers page. They are not posted by a WrenchRoster partner unless explicitly labelled. We publish a short summary, mandatory requirements and the source check date. The employer's original posting is authoritative. Listings are hidden after their review window ends until checked again.

Practice application

A practice application is saved privately in your WrenchRoster account. You can include an existing resume from your profile or send the profile-only practice version. It is not delivered to the employer. Confirm that you understand this before saving. Repeating the same submission does not create another application. Your saved result appears under “My practice applications” on the jobs page.

Continue to the employer

“Continue on employer site” opens the original listing. Complete the actual application there, under that site's terms. WrenchRoster does not submit your resume to that site or claim the application was delivered. “View original listing” is always available so you can review the employer's full instructions.

Employer-posted jobs

For jobs posted directly by an approved WrenchRoster employer, the application confirmation tells you that your application is available in that employer's workspace. This is a real application, not a practice submission.

During the pilot

No payment is needed to create a worker profile, check requirements or save a practice application. Paid employer packages are paused. For hiring partnerships, contact the team.
