Why phone verification is required Phone verification helps WrenchRoster protect worker accounts, reduce duplicate profiles, and keep job application activity tied to the right person. Some worker mobile screens and profile actions may require a verified phone number before you can continue. Verify your number 1. Sign in to WrenchRoster. 2. Open the verification prompt or your worker profile. 3. Enter your mobile number. 4. Request the verification code. 5. Enter the code exactly as received. 6. Continue back to your profile or mobile workflow. If the code does not arrive Confirm the phone number is typed correctly. Check that the phone can receive SMS messages. Wait a short period before requesting another code. Avoid repeatedly requesting codes in a short time. Contact support if the number is correct but verification still fails. Changing a phone number If your number changed or you no longer have access to the old number, contact WrenchRoster support. Support may need to confirm account ownership before changing verification details.
