Ticket review status

Understand uploaded, pending, verified, rejected, and expired ticket states in WrenchRoster.

Status meanings Ticket status helps workers and employers understand where a document is in the review process. Uploaded means the file was added to the profile. Pending review means details may still need to be checked. Verified means WrenchRoster has reviewed the submitted evidence. Rejected means the document could not be accepted as submitted. Expired means the ticket date is no longer current. Why a ticket may need review Support may need to confirm the worker name, ticket type, issuing organization, date, expiry, or file clarity. A ticket can also need review when a worker replaces an old file with a new one. Fixing a ticket issue Upload a clearer copy or update the ticket details requested by support. If the ticket is expired, renew it with the appropriate provider and upload the replacement.
