Uploading safety tickets

Add H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, WHMIS, Fall Protection, and other safety ticket evidence to your worker profile.

What to upload Upload a clear image or PDF of each safety ticket you want reviewed. The document should show your name, ticket name, issuing organization, issue date when available, and expiry date when the ticket expires. Common tickets include H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, CSO, WHMIS, TDG, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Ground Disturbance, and equipment specific credentials. Upload from your profile 1. Sign in to WrenchRoster. 2. Open your worker profile. 3. Go to the Tickets or Worker Documents section. 4. Choose the ticket type. 5. Upload the file and confirm the visible preview. 6. Save or submit the ticket for review. File quality checklist Use the original PDF when you have one. If you take a photo, keep all four corners visible. Avoid glare, blur, shadows, and cropped expiry dates. Upload one ticket per file unless the ticket has a front and back. Remove personal documents that are not related to the ticket. After upload WrenchRoster records the ticket as uploaded and may mark it pending review while the details are checked. If the image is unclear or the ticket details do not match your profile, support may ask you to upload a clearer copy. Ticket status on WrenchRoster is not a replacement for employer, site, or training provider verification. Always bring required original documents to site when requested.
