Our free application pilot is open: 100 jobs to explore
Explore labour and entry-level opportunities, check your requirements, and practise applying privately. Worker profiles and practice applications are free during the pilot.
WrenchRoster's free application pilot is open. Build a worker profile, add your skills and safety tickets, and see how your recorded information matches the mandatory requirements of a sourced vacancy. You can practise with or without a resume before making a real application through the original listing.
Our launch snapshot on October 18, 2026 contains 100 independently sourced vacancies: 93 from Indeed and seven from employer career sites. It includes 81 labour roles and 75 entry pathways across trades, including 70 labour roles. These groups overlap. Entry pathways include roles without mandatory previous industry employment, training opportunities and first-year apprenticeships. They may still require safety tickets, a licence, relevant knowledge or apprenticeship registration.
Start by browsing Jobs. Use the Labour trade filter or select Entry-level opportunities only, then open a vacancy and review its requirements and source. Listings can close or change, so check the current jobs board and the employer's original page before proceeding. The launch counts describe the October 18 snapshot.
The match percentage shows how many mandatory requirements are met by the information in your WrenchRoster profile and your job-specific confirmations. Missing information, missing tickets and expired tickets reduce your match or block eligibility. Preferred skills do not block a practice application. Every mandatory requirement must be met before you can save one.
A 100% match means the recorded mandatory requirements have been met in WrenchRoster. It is not independent verification of every claim and does not guarantee an interview, job offer or hiring decision. Keep your profile accurate and read the original employer requirements carefully.
Practice applications are saved privately in your account and are not sent to employers. Once you reach 100%, acknowledge the practice-only notice and save with or without a resume. You can return to your application history to review the result. To make a real application for an independently sourced vacancy, follow the original listing and complete the employer's application process there.
Worker profiles, requirement matching and private practice applications are free during this pilot. Paid employer packages are paused. Independently sourced listings do not imply a partnership with the employer or the source platform.
We are using this pilot to test whether workers can clearly understand the requirements, see what is missing and prepare an application. If something is confusing or does not work, use the Help Centre support chat or email option to send us the job title, the page link and what happened. Your feedback will help shape the next stage of WrenchRoster.
