Match operator cards to equipment classes and separate course completion from employer authorization.

Equipment categories are not interchangeable WrenchRoster includes categories for Forklift, Aerial Work Platform / Scissor Lift, Aerial Work Platform and Zoom Boom / Telehandler. Similar AWP labels belong to the same broad training family; they do not mean a worker has two independent qualifications or can operate every platform type. Read the exact equipment class and scope on your card. A forklift record is not automatically a telehandler qualification, and a platform course may cover only specified machine groups. Energy Safety Canada's learner resources provide official course information; confirm the actual program and employer acceptance before enrolling. Confirm practical competence and authorization Ask the employer what practical assessment, familiarization and site instruction are required for the machine, attachments and work conditions. Possessing a training card is not, by itself, permission to operate unfamiliar equipment. Use the issuer's recorded validity and applicable employer requirements. Do not assume all operator cards have the same expiry, or that a renewed date eliminates the need for assessment on a different equipment type. Upload the actual record Choose the category that most accurately matches the document, preserving equipment class, course title, provider and dates. Do not upload the same card under several labels merely to make the profile look more qualified. If the available categories are ambiguous, contact support rather than claiming broader authorization.
