Contact Support and Report a Problem Safely
Provide the right evidence for account, billing, privacy or document-review problems without exposing secrets.
Use the Help Centre support options The Help Centre provides a support chat action and an email option. When the chat service is not available, the action opens the email fallback. You can also email WrenchRoster support. Response times depend on support availability; this page does not promise a fixed response deadline. For an immediate workplace emergency, use the site's emergency procedure and emergency services, not WrenchRoster support. Include enough context to investigate Describe your role, the page, what you were trying to do, what happened and approximately when. Include the visible error and a relevant application, claim or purchase reference where available. State whether you used a phone or computer and which browser. A screenshot can help, but mask unrelated personal and company data. For an upload problem, start with the file type, size and displayed status instead of sending an entire sensitive document unsolicited. Never send secrets Do not share passwords, SMS codes, recovery links, invitation tokens, full payment card details or security codes. Do not paste URLs containing authentication tokens into a public issue. Support does not need your password to understand an error report. If you discover unexpected access to another account's information, stop exploring it and report the route and circumstances without copying additional private records. Do not test the exposure on other people's accounts. Privacy, removal and accessibility requests You may contact support to request help with personal information, account removal or an accessibility problem. State the request clearly; identity and authorization may need to be verified through an appropriate process. This article does not promise instant deletion, a specific retention outcome or a self service feature that has not been verified as available. Read password recovery, contact privacy and billing troubleshooting for the relevant first checks.
