Can't See a Worker's Phone or Contact Details
Understand locked worker profiles, company-authorized unlocks and contact-sharing restrictions.
Hidden contacts can be intentional An employer's locked search result is not a full worker record. Contact information is withheld until the company has the required authorized access. Seeing a relevant candidate, sending employer interest or reviewing a worker's suitability does not by itself grant contact access. Review the candidate information that is legitimately visible and use the supported unlock action when your company is ready. The server determines the applicable credit charge and access. Do not try to obtain hidden fields by changing a URL or using another company's account. Check the account and company context If your company already unlocked the candidate, confirm that you are signed into the correct employer workspace and that your membership is active. Reload the record after a successful unlock and check the recorded result before attempting another paid action. An unlock is not a promise that a worker supplied every contact field or will respond. It is also not a verification of all credentials or a hiring decision. Contact support when the recorded access and the displayed result disagree. Messaging has its own checks The hiring workflow restricts contact sharing before the applicable unlock. Chat can also depend on phone verification, conversation ownership and whether the conversation remains open. Do not work around a restriction by spelling out a phone number or sharing an external contact link in another field. Workers should not put phone numbers, identity documents or confidential records in public profile text as a substitute for the supported contact workflow. Report an access problem safely Provide the company name, relevant record reference, approximate action time and error text. Do not share another worker's full document or private contact information in a public support post. Read credits and unlocks, phone verification, messaging and offers and contacting support.
