Credits and Candidate Unlocks
Understand company credit balances, server-confirmed unlock prices and how to check a repeated or failed action.
Purchases and unlocks are different transactions A company purchases a credit package through Billing. An authorized candidate unlock spends the applicable credits from the company wallet. The browser does not grant purchased credits or decide the final unlock charge on its own. Use the current package details at checkout and the server confirmed candidate quote shown by the unlock workflow. This article intentionally does not publish one fixed unlock price or repeat a historical package price: costs can differ from old screenshots or marketing messages. Before unlocking a candidate Confirm the company workspace, your permissions and the candidate's relevance using visible information. Review the displayed cost and available balance before confirming. An active hiring role is required; a viewer cannot perform a paid hiring action. The server validates and records the unlock and credit deduction together. A candidate already unlocked for that company should not incur a second charge for the same existing unlock. Check the recorded access and ledger when an action appears to have been repeated. After a successful unlock Review the authorized candidate information and continue through the supported hiring conversation. Unlocking does not mean every contact field exists, all credentials are verified, the worker will reply or a hiring offer has been accepted. If the action fails or the page is interrupted, refresh the relevant record and check existing access before retrying. Do not keep clicking to force a result, change company context to bypass a restriction or assume a debit means a hire occurred. Balance, purchase and invoice questions Billing shows company credit and purchase records. Owner and admin permissions are required for purchases and available invoice actions. An absent invoice link is not a reason to invent an invoice or treat a pending purchase as completed. The supported purchase model uses one time credit packages; do not infer a subscription renewal date where none is available. Read payment troubleshooting, contact privacy, team roles and support. Refund requests require review of the actual purchase and applicable terms; no automatic refund is promised here.
