Check dates against the issuer The cited Red Cross Intermediate First Aid course provides three year certification; the cited BLS course provides one year certification. These examples are not a universal rule for every provider, program or employer. Use the actual course record and the applicable workplace requirements. Ask which level is needed before paying for a course. Check recertification eligibility directly with the provider, especially when a certificate has already expired. Do not extend a date yourself because another course has a longer validity period. Upload the correct evidence Use the First Aid or Basic Life Support / CPR category that matches the actual record. Keep the full course name, provider, completion and expiry details readable. A handwritten field on an authentic certificate is not a reason to rewrite the document. When two certifications appear on one record, preserve their distinct levels and dates; do not assume they share an expiry. Report a form mismatch rather than entering invented information. Read uploading safety tickets and ticket review status. WrenchRoster does not designate workplace first aiders or certify medical competence.
