Blue Book Hours and Employer Confirmation

Submit work-hour claims, understand pending and corrected records, and distinguish platform totals from official apprenticeship credit.

A submitted claim is not yet a confirmed total Blue Book distinguishes worker submitted claims from employer authorized hours. A claim awaiting employer confirmation is not counted as confirmed progress. Selecting a trade or submitting hours does not automatically register an apprenticeship or grant provincial training credit. Keep the official records your apprenticeship authority requires. WrenchRoster's Blue Book does not automatically submit hours to the province or replace the authority's approval process. Submit a worker claim Open Blue Book and its Hours Log. Choose the employer and the available current apprenticeship period, then enter the actual work dates and hours. Review the information before submitting it for confirmation. Only a period that allows hour logging can receive a new claim. If a period is locked or a school certificate requirement is outstanding, resolve the displayed requirement instead of changing dates or selecting an inaccurate period to bypass it. Pending claims can be cancelled while they are still awaiting review. Check the current record before submitting again so that the same work is not claimed twice. Review as an employer In the employer Blue Book area, review Hours awaiting confirmation . Authorized owner, admin and recruiter roles can review claims; a viewer has read only access. Check the worker, dates, period and hours against the employer's records. The workflow distinguishes Pending employer confirmation , Confirmed , Confirmed with correction and Rejected . A correction should reflect the actual work record. Workers should review the recorded result rather than assuming the originally requested number was accepted unchanged. Resolve missing or disputed hours Check the selected employer, apprenticeship period and claim status. If the record is still pending, ask the appropriate employer reviewer to check it. For a disputed correction or rejection, clarify the evidence with the employer; do not create a duplicate claim to inflate the total. For a loading or permission error, contact support with the record reference and error text. Read trade credentials, team permissions and contacting support.
