Employer Search, Interest and the Hiring Workflow

Understand the steps from searching workers to authorized contact, offers and a recorded hiring outcome.

Search for the actual requirements Use the employer search filters to narrow the visible candidate results. The current search supports filtering that includes rotation and verified only selection. A control marked unavailable should not be treated as an active filter; in particular, do not infer that unsupported ticket expiry filtering has been applied. Review the visible candidate information against the real job. A platform verification indicator does not replace the employer's final checks of credentials, availability or site requirements. Interest and applications have different origins An employer can express interest through the supported hiring workflow. This is employer originated interest, not evidence that the worker independently applied or accepted an offer. Worker applications and employer interest use the application's recorded source rather than creating separate claims about consent. The workflow protects against duplicate actions. When an action reports an existing application or interest, inspect the existing record rather than trying to create another copy. Owner, admin and recruiter roles can perform authorized hiring actions; a viewer is read only. Unlock, communicate and offer Contact access is a separate authorized step. Review the displayed server calculated credit cost before unlocking and check the result. Unlocking a worker is not hiring them, and it does not guarantee a reply or complete every credential check. Continue through the existing conversation and offer workflow where available. The worker's actual response determines the recorded offer outcome; interest, a shortlist entry or a message is not acceptance. Check the application, conversation and offer states rather than assuming one action updates every stage to hired. Handle errors without duplicating work Confirm the selected company and your active membership, then refresh the relevant record. For a failed mutation, preserve the error and check whether the operation already appears before retrying. Do not bypass contact restrictions or modify records through an unrelated account. Read credits and unlocks, contact privacy, messaging and offers and team permissions.
