Messages, Employer Interest and Job Offers
Understand conversation access, blocked contact sharing and the difference between interest and an accepted offer.
Interest is not an accepted offer A worker may receive employer originated interest through the hiring workflow. That does not mean the worker applied independently, accepted employment or authorized every form of contact. Review the actual application source and the employer's message. Employers should not record a candidate as hired merely because they viewed, shortlisted or unlocked a profile. Use the supported offer and response workflow and verify the recorded outcome. Why a message may be blocked Conversation access depends on the account, ownership, company context and current conversation state. Phone verification requirements can apply to both sides. A rejected or closed conversation is not an unrestricted channel for sending further messages. Before the applicable contact unlock, messages cannot be used to bypass contact sharing restrictions. Do not send a disguised phone number, email address or external contact link to evade the check. Read worker contact privacy for the supported access flow. Review an offer carefully Check the role, employer and stated terms before responding. The worker can use the supported acceptance or decline action. Confirm the resulting status after submitting rather than repeatedly clicking or assuming a message saying yes is equivalent to the recorded action. The platform guards against duplicate offer responses. If a response has already been recorded, inspect that record. Where terms are incomplete or disputed, clarify them with the employer through permitted communication; WrenchRoster does not guarantee employment conditions or make the hiring decision for either party. When a conversation will not load Confirm you are in the correct account and company, check verification requirements and refresh the relevant record. Report a continuing error with the application or conversation reference and the approximate time. Avoid sending another worker's private messages in a public issue. Read phone verification, employer search and hiring, applying for jobs and contacting support.
