Start with an accurate profile Use worker profile setup to prepare your actual trade or role, qualification, experience and work preferences. Do not select a higher apprentice period or a trade certificate you cannot substantiate merely to match a vacancy. Follow resume upload and review, then inspect extracted information before confirming it. Upload genuine safety ticket evidence separately; a resume is not a verified training certificate. Check ticket review status rather than assuming every uploaded document is approved. Keep the document's real issuer, course and dates. WrenchRoster does not issue certifications or determine a provincial right to work in a trade. Apply and review actual responses Read applying for jobs, compare the requirements with your experience, and use the supported application flow. A submitted application is not a job offer. Employer interest is also distinct from an offer you have accepted. Use messages and offers to understand responses and access restrictions. Keep sensitive contact or identity information out of public text; see contact privacy. Keep records current Update your profile when your availability, experience or documents change. Apprentices using Blue Book should read hours and employer confirmation; pending claims are not confirmed progress or official provincial credit.
